Delete Your Account

You can export available data and request deletion of your True Standard Fitness account. For account security, deletion is completed through an authenticated in-app request or a verified support process. This page does not provide an unauthenticated deletion form.
1. Export your data first
If you want a copy of available account information, sign in and go to Account > Legal > Export Data before requesting deletion. Complete or save the export before confirming deletion because account access and in-app exports may no longer be available afterward.
2. Cancel future billing separately
Deleting an account is not a substitute for canceling a paid subscription. Before requesting deletion, cancel future renewals through the available billing settings. If you cannot access billing, contact [email protected]. Cancellation and refunds remain subject to the offer, our Terms of Service, any signed coaching agreement, and applicable law.
3. Request deletion in the app
- Sign in at app.tsfitco.com.
- Open Account.
- Open Legal.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
The authenticated process helps prevent another person from deleting your account without permission. Review the confirmation carefully because completed deletion cannot ordinarily be reversed.
4. If you cannot access the account
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account and use the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and enough information to identify the account. Do not send a password, payment card number, government identification document, health details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the first email.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, confirm authority, protect the account, and locate the correct records. We will not delete an account based only on an unverified public request.
5. What deletion covers
After a verified request, we remove or de-identify personal information associated with the account from active systems as required by applicable law. This generally includes profile details, fitness and nutrition records, progress information, chats, uploaded progress photos, and other account content. De-identification may be used only when the information can no longer reasonably identify or be linked to you.
We also direct applicable processors to delete covered account information where required. Processor deletion may include hosted data and feature-specific information sent to an AI or communications processor, subject to lawful exceptions and the processor's backup lifecycle.
6. Limited retention and suppression records
Deletion is not absolute when law permits or requires limited retention. We may retain only the information reasonably necessary for:
- Financial transactions, tax, accounting, chargebacks, and proof of payment.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal claims, and enforcement of agreements.
- Documenting a privacy or deletion request.
- A minimal email or phone suppression record needed to honor an unsubscribe or opt-out and avoid contacting you again.
- Temporary backup copies that are isolated from routine use and removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
We do not use information retained solely for these exceptions to continue ordinary account services or optional marketing.
7. Processing the request
We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law. We may contact you if verification is incomplete, a request affects an active subscription or legal hold, or an exception applies. We will explain a denial or limitation and any available appeal method when required.
