Delete Your Account

1. Export your data first

If you want a copy of available account information, sign in and go to Account > Legal > Export Data before requesting deletion. Complete or save the export before confirming deletion because account access and in-app exports may no longer be available afterward.

2. Cancel future billing separately

Deleting an account is not a substitute for canceling a paid subscription. Before requesting deletion, cancel separately using any method: in the authenticated member app open Account, then Billing, and select Cancel membership; use the Stripe billing portal available from that Billing page; or email [email protected] from the email address on your account and clearly state that you want to cancel. No method requires approval. You may cancel at any time, but we must receive your cancellation at least 10 full days before the next billing date to prevent that payment. The app shows the exact cancellation deadline. If we receive your cancellation fewer than 10 full days before that billing date, exactly one additional recurring payment remains due. No later recurring renewal will be charged, and cancellation takes effect after the paid period resulting from that final payment. Fixed-term payment-plan installments remain due. Cancellation alone lets access continue through the period paid for, and your cancellation confirmation or support response identifies the remaining payment date and your final access date. Deleting the account ends your ability to use that remaining access. If you want to use the rest of the paid period, wait until the final access date before deleting your account. All payments are final and non-refundable except where an express written offer provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

3. Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to the member app.
2. Open Account.
3. Open Legal.
4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

The authenticated process helps prevent another person from deleting your account without permission. Review the confirmation carefully because completed deletion cannot ordinarily be reversed.

4. If you cannot access the account

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account and use the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and enough information to identify the account. Do not send a password, payment card number, government identification document, health details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the first email.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, confirm authority, protect the account, and locate the correct records. We will not delete an account based only on an unverified public request.

5. What deletion covers

After a verified request, we remove covered personal and health information from active TSF systems and raw source history. This includes profile details, intake and check-in answers, fitness and nutrition records, habits, measurements, workout logs, coaching chats, calendar details, provider identifiers, uploaded progress photos, consent receipts, signed agreements, purchase and billing events, and person-specific security or request events.

Recoverable-backup scrubbing and applicable processor actions are tracked separately and may continue after active account access ends. A request is not marked complete until each required backup and processor action has a terminal result. A processor may retain limited information when law requires it or while its documented backup or risk-control window expires. Any provider identifiers temporarily needed to complete an action are encrypted and removed when that action is terminal.

6. What may remain

After verified erasure, the ordinary account-deletion path keeps only:

• Genuinely non-linkable aggregate totals that cannot reasonably identify, single out, or be joined back to you.
• The minimum one-way markers needed to prevent restoration and to honor an unsubscribe or opt-out without retaining the readable email address, phone number, or activity history.
• Physically stored backup copies only while a tracked scrub finishes. A restore block takes effect before active deletion begins, so those copies cannot recreate or be used to recover the deleted account.
• Information a processor must retain under a verified legal obligation or documented temporary retention window. That status remains tracked and is not reported as ordinary deletion.

We do not keep a pseudonymous or de-linked per-person consent, agreement, financial, security, request, message, calendar, or activity timeline after verified erasure. If a legal hold or statutory preservation requirement limits a request, we address that exception before completing the request and provide any explanation or appeal right required by law. 7. Processing the request

We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law. We may contact you if verification is incomplete, a request affects an active subscription or legal hold, or an exception applies. We will explain a denial or limitation and any available appeal method when required.
